Return conditions


- If the customer is a victim of the problems arising from, he / she has the right to return the product within 7 days without paying the shipping fee.

- If the customer wishes to return for other reasons not caused by, he / she has the right to return the product within 7 days only by paying the shipping cost.

- The product that cannot be returned within 7 days is deemed approved and returns are not accepted.

- In cases where the product is deformed, when the label is removed, the product is not returned.

- Used products will not be refunded.

- Products purchased from our site can only be returned to our site.

         You can return the product you have purchased within (7) days from the date of delivery without using it or causing it to break down. Before returning the product, send it to [email protected] with an e-mail containing your invoice number and order number, stating the reason for the return. As soon as our company receives the e-mail or fax you send, it will contact you and you will be informed how to return the product. It must be sent back with the product on the invoice issued in your name. The price of another product or product will be refunded to your credit card instead of the returned product. Refunds will be paid due to transportation costs will be borne by you.



Faulty Products

        Please send an e-mail to [email protected] including your invoice and order numbers by stating the errors of the faulty products that are not noticed during the delivery and afterwards. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, after sending the invoice with the returned product to our company, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one;

Transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by our company.
